Tony, I0JX, reports that the Rome section of the Italian Radio League (ARI) has announced the Second Edition of the "70 MHz and Cross-Band Contest" (first edition was in 2008), see the contest rules for more information. The contest takes place 10 June 2012, 0700-1700 UTC.
