Marc, ON5VW, informs that there is a frequency hearing going on in Belgium that includes an extension of the 4 m allocation. The hearing includes the "old" 69,950 MHz with a maximum power of 10 W EIRP but also a new 70,2-70,4 MHz with 10 W. The allocations will also be valid for HAREC operation. The hearing ends 6 April 2012.
