4 mtr Opera beacon in USA .flase alarm

A group in the US are testing the Op beacon on 145/220/430 MHz , as there are no allocations listed , the group is using the 70 MHz setting to avoid confusion with 50 or 28 MHz, which also have OP-1 and OP-0.5.

There activity is showing on the psk-map and local 4 mtrs listing. once they have identified suitable slots, then this will be resolved.
