Antenna for FM

Postby G4YVM » Sun 18 Sep 2011, 16:54

I used to run a J Pole on 2m and it worked very well. Im considering making one for 4m FM...is there anything I ought to know or reasons not to make one to stick up on a mast?

Im thinking that since there's more metal in the air than a simple dipole the J Pole will out perform same.
