New 4m beacon D44TD/B

Hi all
Pleased to informe you all that we will have from day 20/4/2012 a new beacon operating on 70mhz band from Cape Verde.
After a long period of tests in CT1FFU shack, the beacon was shipped to is final QTH.

Beacon:

Frequency: 70,220Mhz
Locator : HK86NO
Power: 5W
Antenna: 4 elements Yagi
QTF: Europe
Modulation: F1A
Keaper: D44TD

What's the band allocation for Cape Verde?

Usualy D4 land, makes a copy+past on every law published in CT.
So, they have 4m just like CT.

Doesn't that put the beacon out of band, or has it changed from what is listed here?http://www.70mhz.org/bandplan_ct.htm
